Yes. My UmbriaHub is also available as standalone software to manage your own warehouse, without storing your goods with Umbria Hub. You can choose our outsourced logistics service if you want us to handle the physical operations.

Is the integration compatible with Shopify?

Yes. My UmbriaHub is compatible with Shopify, including variants, cancellations and multiple locations. During onboarding, we configure order, stock and tracking workflows for your store.

What happens if an order is cancelled on Shopify?

During onboarding, we configure and test the cancelled-order workflow. If an order has not entered preparation, it can be blocked automatically; if processing has started, the team handles it according to the agreed procedure.

How are products with variants (size, colour) handled?

All Shopify variants are mapped to their warehouse SKUs. Stock is updated for every combination of size, colour and other product options.

How often is stock synchronised?

Synchronisation frequency and methods are configured during onboarding. Once configured, shipments, goods receipts and returns update stock according to the agreed rules.
