What happens if an order is cancelled on WooCommerce?

During onboarding, we configure and test the cancelled or refunded order workflow. If an order has not entered preparation, it can be blocked automatically; if processing has started, the team handles it according to the agreed procedure.

Can multiple WooCommerce shops be linked to the same warehouse?

The feasibility of a multi-shop configuration is verified during onboarding based on the stores, extensions and required workflows. Where compatible, we define management and packaging rules for each store.

How often is stock synchronised?

How it works

From the WordPress cart to the shipped parcel

From the moment the customer clicks "Place order" on your WordPress store, the process starts by itself:

Order capture — the order arrives in our WMS through the integration configured during onboarding.
Picking and packing — the warehouse starts preparation with the packaging specifications you configured.
Shipping and tracking — the parcel is handed to the courier and the tracking number uploaded to the WooCommerce order automatically.
Stock update — inventory is automatically decremented across all involved products and variants.

The connection reduces copy-pasting and manual exchanges with the warehouse.
